Dolcevita deals exclusively with gas cooking and always guarantees the classic taste of a barbecue, in compliance with the rules on hygiene and healthy cooking.
For direct gas cooking, our dishes will be placed directly on the plates heated by powerful burners, which can be adjusted according to the type of meat we are cooking, to prevent them from being burned.
Meat, vegetables retain all their principles, fat falls on cupolas or lava rock and returns to food in the form of steam giving the meat an irresistible flavor and aroma.
The excess fat falls into the pan or fat tray, which can easily be cleaned to be ready for your next barbecue party.
For indirect cooking, on the other hand, only the side burners must be turned on while the central burners are left off. The heated air produced by the burners diffuses evenly inside the cooking chamber, this method is ideal for cooking whole foods of large size like large pieces of meat or whole fish. It is also possible to use it as an oven to bake cakes or pizzas.
