The color that describes the availability of the product is not to be considered true to reality as it depends on technical factors, such as the resolution of the video of the customer, the difficult reproducibility due to the material with which the product is made, etc ...
2.1.3 Price: the price shown on the product sheet is the retail price including VAT, excluding transport costs, charges and customs duties related to the country of origin of the customer and / or destination of the goods. Michelessi srl, reserves the right to change prices at any time and without notice. The prices present at the time of the "Order Confirmation" will be charged to the Customer.
2.1.4 Photo: although the photos are taken with care, it is possible that the photograph does not faithfully represent the product. As a consequence, we will not be responsible for the possible inadequacy of the graphic representations of the products shown on e-commerce. The photo is to be considered only as an example. The potentially salable product will be photographed in one color.

2.2 Selection of the product and construction of the cart: the selection of the product takes place through the choice of color, size and subsequent click on the "Buy" button. The "Cart" can contain one or more products and can be modified at any time before the "Order Confirmation".
2.3 Confirmation of the order: the confirmation of the order can take place after the acceptance of the "General Conditions of Sale" and the insertion of the information that are essential for the taking in charge and shipment of the goods listed in the "Order Confirmation" , ie the list of products contained in the cart including shipping costs.

4. Product warranties.
4.1 All products have an identification tag. The Customer must not remove the tag from the purchased products, of which they are an integral part.
4.2 The Vendor, in the event of exercise of your right of withdrawal, has the right not to accept the return of products that do not have the relative tag or that have been altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics or that have been damaged.

It will be up to the consumer to keep proof of such return, providing to return the articles by registered mail or by any other means that indicates the date of reference; return costs will be charged to the consumer. The refund of the invoice price of the returned items will be made no later than 14 (fourteen) days after receipt of the items returned by "Michelessi". 7. Shipping
7.1 Shipping times: shipping times do not depend on La Maison di Michelessi. Generally, delivery takes place within three (3) working days in Italy.
